Who doesn't love shopping online? After filling up my cart with wants and more wants, I make sure to check a few sites before hitting submit. Here are some apps that will help you save some money before checking out:
RetailMeNot
This website is sure to save you a good amount of money. You can find discounts to so many sites like Forever 21, H&M and others. It's also good for a host of other categories like travel, electronics and food. Here's how to use it step by step.
After dowloading the app, you'll be brought to this page. You can search for any store that's online or in-store. For this, I decided to search for H&M.
And voila! Two discounts you can start using right away. What's also a plus is the success rate. Shoppers give the discount a rating which automatically lets you know if the promotional code is active or expired.
Cartwheel
I heard about this site a few months ago and FINALLY jumped on the bandwagon. Cartwheel is specifically for Target. To use it, you will need a Target login, which only takes about 5 minutes to set up. They have so many deals that will save you anywhere from 5% to even 25% off items.
After clicking on the drop down box in the upper left hand corner, I selected all categories and this came up. I enjoy shopping for home decor so let's pick "Nate Berkus Decor." This one is great because 25% off will save you a good amount of money.
Now just click "add", and the discount will be added to your collection. When you're ready to check out, go to "my Cartwheel" from the drop down menu and you'll see a barcode the cashier has to scan.
RedLaser
This is great when you see something you like but it's too expensive. The RedLaser app is a barcode scanner that searches for your item all over the internet.
My friend bought these awesome Mia lace up booties from Piperlime, who is listing them for $89. So all you do is scan the barcode on the shoe box and watch the app populate. Macy's is selling this same shoe for $30 less.
By using these apps, you'll definitely save a good amount of money. I firmly believe that you can always find what you want cheaper. Happy shopping!
